  • The validity of course access will be eliminated at enrollment.

  • Materials which are downloaded should be used personally.
  • The issued certificates are not professional qualifications, licenses or degrees.
  • The completion of the course does not ensure employment, passing of exams and career success.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments are made safely through third party gateways. Full payment details are not stored in Lawyush.

Refund Policy:

  • The requests of a refund are to be presented within 4 days of enrollment.
  • Once you have accessed course content, you can get no refund.
  • Registration fees (where applicable) are not refunded.
  • Refunds approved are completed within 7-14 working days.

In this section, detailed conditions of refunds are regulated; they are a part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights.

All content on the Web such as text, notes, videos, courses, certificates, branding, and design belong to Lawyush as the exclusive intellectual property. You have a restricted non-transferable revocable license to use it personally at all times, but not commercially. The use of it can be legally actioned.

7. User-Generated Content

Whenever you comment or post any content; you give Lawyush a non-exclusive royalty-free license to use and display such content. We have the right to censor or delete the material at our will. We do not support the opinion of users.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lawyush will not incur any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damage to the extent that they are legally allowed. In case of a total liability, the maximum amount to be paid by you to Lawyush in the last 12 months will be the total liability excluding non-refundable fees.

10. Indemnification

You consent to indemnify and indemnify Lawyush against claims brought against the company involving:

  • Your misuse of the Website
  • Violation of these Terms
  • User-generated content
  • Breach of applicable laws

11. Third-Party Links

The Website can have the links of third parties. Lawyush does not control external contents and practices. Use at your own risk.

12. Termination

Lawyush can suspend or cancel any access at any stage of the violation of these Terms or any abuse of services. Some of the clauses will not be included in termination such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability clauses.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
